Eden and Sheli have been friends ever since they could remember. The dream of opening up a business has always been far from reach, and never did they think they'd get this far. Here is a little bit about themselves!

About Eden

Hi, I’m Eden! I’m 20, from Los Angeles, and half Filipino, half Israeli. I speak fluent Hebrew, and I love that my identity often surprises people. I’m a junior at Cal Poly SLO studying Graphic Communications concentrating in User Interface (UI)/ User Experience (UX) with a minor in Architecture. I’ve always been in tune with my creative side, and am so grateful it brought me to help design such a beautiful brand. Being a proud Jewish, Israeli-American is such an important aspect of my identity. I’ve attended Jewish schools, consider Israel my second home, and stay deeply involved in my community through my IAC Mishelanu fellowship and beyond. With Eve, I’m proud to be creating a space where Jews can embrace and celebrate their identity openly.

About Sheli

I'm Sheli, 20 years old, and the oldest of 4 brothers. I was born in Israel but raised in Los Angeles, where I grew up with Israeli culture. At 14, I joined Tzofim (Israeli scouts), which brought me closer to my religion and faith. After high school, I spent a gap year in Israel, reconnecting with my roots and teaching English to kids. On top of that, I would visit my home country almost every year since I could remember. Being Jewish is a huge part of my identity, and it completely shapes the person I am today.

Why Eve?

When it came time to choose a name for our brand, we wanted something timeless, meaningful, and has a deep connection to who we are. We chose Eve because she represents both a beginning and a legacy. In Jewish tradition, Eve is not only the first woman, but also the mother of humanity. She is a symbol of creation, femininity, and strength.

For us, Eve is a reminder of where we come from and the values we carry with us: our Jewish roots, our pride in identity, and the beauty of being women. Just as Eve was the start of something new, we hope our brand reflects a fresh beginning that blends heritage with modern expression, and tradition with creativity.
